All content, features, and functionality on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by AltTech or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
White-label solutions provided to clients are subject to separate licensing agreements that define usage rights and restrictions.
When you purchase a white-label solution from AltTech, you receive a license to use, rebrand, and deploy the solution according to the terms specified in your individual licensing agreement. The underlying intellectual property remains owned by AltTech unless explicitly transferred.
Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
We strive to provide high-quality services, but our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AltTech in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AltTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AltTech regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and AltTech relating to your use of the services.
